Senior Digital Advertising Sales Manager – East Coast Based

About the Role
Signifi Media is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team. Based in Melbourne, this is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on building strategic relationships, driving growth, and closing deals across the digital advertising space. You will be working with a portfolio of cutting-edge digital solutions including Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Programmatic Display and Native, as well as our proprietary Ad-Tech platform, Loopa Automate.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead business development efforts with mid-to-large businesses both in Australia and internationally. Your focus will be on sourcing new opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering smart, measurable digital advertising solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and lead the end-to-end sales and pitch process
- Proactively source new leads across key verticals
- Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide weekly forecasts to senior leadership
- Develop compelling proposals and client briefs, collaborating with internal delivery teams
- Represent Signifi Media and Loopa Automate at key industry events or conferences as needed
What You Bring
- 3–5 years experience in digital media sales, account management or digital strategy
- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem: Programmatic, Paid Social, SEM, Display, Native
- A strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident with CRM tools, reporting, and proposal preparation
- Bonus points for hands-on knowledge of DSPs, Google Analytics, or data-driven creative platforms
Requirements
- Based in Melbourne (Hybrid or Remote possible for the right candidate)
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Permanent Residency required)
- BSc or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
- Passion for digital innovation and performance-driven marketing
